Are these white leghorns close to laying?

This time of year leghorns will start laying closer to 20 weeks old. If it were summer time, then they would start closer to 17 weeks old.
They have supplemental light at night for about 5-6 hours if that makes any difference. I actually already had that before getting those leghorns
 
My white leghorns just started laying at 21 weeks. The ones who started laying first have gigantic, flopped over combs that are bright red. Yours have a little bit to go - patience is key. They will lay.
