I have two seven week old chicks and i was wondering if they will be roughly the same size as my hens in a week or two so that they could go into the coop?

I would not put the chicks in with the grown hens until they are roughly the same size and can stick up for themselves. If they are seven weeks now, I wouldn't expect them to be the same size as grown hens at nine weeks. If you can make their brooder inaccessible to the hens, by fashioning a wire care around it, etc., then you could move them brooder and all to the coop. That way the hens can see the chicks and get used to their presence, without being able to harm them.
