I lost track of their age..busy hectic summer lol.

There aint nobody around here gonna sell me some panacure-- its not like the south where you can just walk in the feed mill or buy drugs right off a vet. There is a TSC about 15 miles away- so whatever i can get there or by mail order ..suggestions?...even if theyre not quite old enough, id like to get my supplies in now-

I used ivermec pour on for cattle a few years ago for mites in my chixens- i cant remeber if it works on worms too.

Panacure is Safeguard, you can get it as a liquid goat wormer, as a horse wormer paste etc. from TSC. Ivomec comes in a cattle injectable or a paste, and is for many types of worms, mites and lice. Jeffers even carries it in a feed mix for $10. Most feed stores carry it. Levisole can be harder to find where I am, I have to order it unless the freak chance TSC carries it.

I'd start to worm as soon as they are on the ground, but what do I know.............. no one listens to me.

You can get the safeguard/panacure from TSC. Also the pour on ivomec for chickens is used for external as well as internal parasites. I'm not sure if the same applies to peafowl as well. I have given my peafowl some ivermectin paste but am still planning on using some panacure in the next month.

I bought my liquid Safeguard from TSC. I started worming my peachick's at 3 months old, as soon as they were put on the ground. Your pea's are very cute!

Would still worm with safe guard, they dont have to be on the ground to get worms. If outside and they eat insects or earth worms.

you know i didnt worm mine at all and they were outside and on the ground at 1 month old. i guess its just my luck. but dont listen to me, listen to deerman...he knows what hes talking about as opposed to me who knows nothing about peafowl.
