She has chewed through the sack and eaten the placenta. she left the cord VERY long like 6 inches. These kittens are not going to make it I don't think. I tried to help them to a nipple but they don't latch on. They are all rooting around but not nursing. When I touch them they are all bones.

left message with new vet, waiting for call back. Another kitten. OMG. Can I get KRM at the petstore? all the vets are closed and I know i have seen it in there before but not at the pet store?

yes and likely from a feed store also.
the kittens are not latching on because they are weak you are going to have to get something into them before they can feed normally.

be sure to get the KMR with colostrum in it. even if they get more than they need right off its ok they are in dire need of it.

Boy I just read through all the post. I sure hope the mama cat does ok. Also all the babies. Yes I have gottan kitten replcement milk at pet stores. I think I even got it at walmart once. Good luck. I'll keep reading.

not sure Onterio has gotten walmart as yet, they might luck out and not have them tear up the environment.
There may be a Krogers or such I am not sure.

I have mad it before, and it worked. I cant remember the recipe, milk eggs and sugar. But the boughten stuff would be much better. Raising kittens on bottles is hard hard work.

Hopefully after they are stronger they will still be able to nurse. And yes they need the colostrum. She should have it for several days though.

we have a walmart. spoke to vet Said the same thing get krm and bring mom and babies in to be checked in am. i hope she is done. So excited im leaving things out
