yes she will need to rest for a while. puffy tummy maybe more kits but it also may be because of the birthing and malnutrition.

Vet receptionist called. Vet is in emerg surgery with a dog who was hit by a car. At least I feel a little better about her not calling me back. She will call asap but could be hrs. Her stomach is still quite large actually. MEOWEING again alll of a sudden be right back
 
Good job everyone. Now I can finish dinner. Hope all goes well the rest of the night.

yep more kitens on the way lol oh boy this ct is going to be at it all night I fear.
at least she had a decent excuse , but seems to me the receptionist could have made the effort and called back sooner. grrrr inconciderate I tell ya.
 
Another kitty. Just came out head frist. I'm going to give her a few mins to chew through this cord . I will check her in 5 mins. poor thing I feel so sorry for her
 
I so understand you, poor little girl , life has been so hard for her and she doesnt look like she is much more than 6 months old.way too young to have kittens. poor thing.
 
There are probably more. Maybe you should call a different vet, just for advice. And I think she will need to go in and be checked to make sure there are tot any retained placentas or tissue, that sould kill her. I dont want to scare you, but just being honest.

I hope she is just eating the afterbirth before you see it.
