Just went to check and yet another one. She is trying to nurse them while laying on her back and they are just crawling all over her. Another one. 6 all together I can't believe it lets hope she is really done now!

Have they been able to latch on to the teat as yet?
I know it will be hard to see them go to a foster home but I think it will be for the best, If momma doesnt produce molk it will definately be more than supplimental feedings, every 2 hours with an 8 month old is going to drag you too far down.
I am a big fan of fosters in this situation.

Yeah 6 my goodness. Yeah I don't really have a problem with a foster home. Just what ever is best for them. HE HE sorry about your supper but I really do appreciate everyones help, advice and good wishes. I am going to check if she is nursing now. Whoa I had a huge adrenaline rush after all of this! This was harder than my own labor. I just wish I knew who dumped her. I think the vet should just spay her right away. That would take care of any retained placentas and prevent this from ever happening again.

Agreed but sometimes it will make the momma lose what little milk she has, the hormone depletion can sometimes do that.
ETA: the vet will know what to do about it better than I do. I can only go by experience s I have had , the vet actually went to school for this.
ah no worries on dinner it was nly eggs over easy and steak , he can manage, priorities ya know.

THEY ARE NURSING! She looks content I think she is done. I can hear them suckling and am 80% sure they are latched one. Also I assume they are like people and the nursing will help contract the uterus and maybe expel anything that is left in there. Yay! I hope this is going to be okay. It's just at one point right after the still born was born She still had 2 cords sticking out of her and the placents obviously on the other end. The vet check tomorrow should give me a better idea!

If it works the way it does with other mammals the babies sucking may produce the hormones needed to pass anything else that's inside her. Don't think I'd do the spaying yet, if she can bring on some milk that's what they need the most.
