Arizona Chickens

Hi Everyone, hope you all had a relaxing Easter.

Thought I would check here. We are looking for a black silkie girl. Does anyone know of anyone in the Valley who may have one?

Thank you!

Thank you Constance..Tucson is just so very huge!!! And yes, I checked the organic prices at OK and man is it expensive..I will keep digging, thank yoU!

You are welcome. I guess Tucson is really not that big, but I stay pretty near home in the middle of the city and don't stray too far from my usual places (at least for shopping, hiking is another matter).

Your chicks will be here soon!

Good luck.

I come from a city with over a million more people but far less spread..the size of Tucson boggles my mind..but, we do a lot of driving all over the city for work. I am going to check out the ones you pointed out on the west side over the next couple of days..thanks again!

Hows about you spray the picked upon places with that purple stuff? It cured my problem.

The Blue Kote stuff? Even though there isn't any blood? You can see her skin a little though. Hmmm where do you get it? The feed store?

You could just use mine. I have a little feather eating problem too. When Ginger dust bathes she gets shavings on her back and somebody is plucking her there. Just broken feathers but I'm going to spray her tomorrow.
