A lot of Tunisian recipes do have tuna in them. But this is NOT canned tuna.

My future son in law is Tunisian and he has taught me how to cook some incredible Tunisian Couscous. Bit's of lamb with incredible veggies.

Very home-made. We cranked out the filling (18 lbs) & the dough (9 batches) last night and 30 dozen today.

We have fix'ns for another gross or so but I had a 4:30 Dentist appt.

I'll have to get permission before I share the recipe...

*** Cause it's so secrete! ***

Are you cooking for an army??? Need help ever? I'll even come over and help rid you of some.. YUM YUM!! LOL If you could ever let your secret out, I want to be the first to know. I love potato pierogies and sauerkraut with mushroom ones. My gma would make both and cover/slather them in bacon and butter. My mom who is Polish can't cook any Polish dishes. She only cooked Italian for my dad.

Mine come from a box. Would love to make from scratch one day.

Thanks, Mikey

AuroraRose - Do you already have a pond to raise the tilapia and prawns? I work with a company that seals man-made ponds using amended soil rather than plastic liners - designed to be permanent. Maybe we could work out some sort of exchange - pond help for some of the fish, etc.!

Sorry. I forgot to click "Quote" so this would be part of AuroraRose's post! It's been awhile.....

I've been bugging my bud for years to teach me and she blew me off again this past Christmas. I told her I wanted bunches & when she said 5 lbs of taters, I told her not enough! She taught me a lesson!

I am trying this conditioning experiment to modify my chick hording behaviors. I have (11) 7 week old chicks in my guest room. Everytime I see an adorable pic like this and the cuddly chick need hits.....I run into the guest room and take a deep breath and make myself focus on the layer of dust covering every inch of the room.

I will let you other addicts know how it works out.

Thank You. I am letting my 6 and 8 year old handle them as much as possible as they will be the primary care takes of the hens and eggs. I think the calmest of the bunch (8) are these three. One of the Barred Rocks is sweet the other is super loud and wants to crawl up in my hair, peck at my face. She doesn't want to relax. She is also the one that stands when they are all trying to go to sleep and she falls asleep while standing. Goodness, I hope she doesn't turn out to be a he. I hope I have 100% luck with all hens. If any turn out to be roo's I'll have some roo's up for grabs. I thought I'd be able to cull them but at this point I don't think so.
