So i just thought i would share my afternoon laugh with you all.
I have two brand new baby serama chicks. They were snuggling around my neck in my hair while we watched a movie and i yawned and one of then hoped right inside my mouth! Went straight for my throat! I nearly choked on the little guy! Now every chance he gets he tries to peck his way back in! What a weird little bug lol

probably thought youre the mama and got worm in her mouth! they thought you're feeding them !

i am sick to death of being sick! before i worked in an elementary school i rarely even got the sniffles. now i have had the flu twice this year ALREADY. and so has a girl i work with. i thought you could only get it once so was shocked and unhappy. i dont have it now thankfully. but i have a sore throat and earache and i feel the sinus congestion coming on and i just got over being sick about 10 days ago. ugh....
it looks like it should be a nice day to clean the coop and chicken yard. they have shredded paper all over the place since they were digging deep to stay warm this past week. the brats...

I know what you mean about getting sick when you are around children. Since I no longer work around children I no longer get colds or flu. Also I can baby myself when needed.

DH just surprised me...he said he'd love to have a goat or two! I just don't think we have the proper space and when I told him that he can't just put them in the back yard like a dog, he wasn't so excited anymore. . *sigh* someday....
