Arizona Chickens

@meetthebubus hang in there. Dealing with the aftermath of stuff like this (insurance/doctor visits/lawyers etc.) can seem almost as painful as the accident itself. I am very non-confrontational and hate making those types of calls, but sometimes you must be your own advocate and make sure you get what you deserve. I hope your stress eases up a bit and you are able to take good care of yourself. Time spent with the chickens is always very therapeutic when I need a mental break, as I'm sure you already know

@SonoranChick ok good to know! I guess I have heard that Leghorns are quick to mature. I have three Australorps and three Orpingtons and the Austra White is much bigger than the Australorps and Buff Orpingtons, and a little bigger than the Blue Orpington. She's also been getting feathers faster than anyone else.

Aww guys! You are all so kind! :hit @igorsMistress I meant to include you in my last post sorry, my head is still cloudy. I saw your like and besides I put that post up late I just meant this whole az thread is always so kind to take the time to help me or say nice things

@DesertChic I would love any advice! I've never been in accident and I was overwhelmed we got an ambulance on scene but later also went to our doctor to get checked out meds, referrals I'm looking for a lawyer now, I did talk to my insurance bc I wasn't at fault but the adjuster is horrible to me and bullying me and its so stressful which hakes me hurt more

Thanks to everyone I saw all your kindness I'm sorry I don't have more time to reply to each one I have a deadline in 30 minutes but wanted to respond

I just messaged you with contact information for my husband, and also a referral for a really outstanding attorney.

Sending you love and healing thoughts, girlfriend. I know it's all overwhelming right now but you CAN get through this.

Thank you!

And to everyone thanks.
@DesertChic really helped with the referral! So I feel a bit better stress wise bc I have some direction now lol

On the chicken side, Picasso is doing really well, the limp is hardly noticeable and my hubby made a small enclosure for her inside with the Easter eggers, but also right next to China she is very happy seeing her own kind and foraging for grit. I'm pleased that the eggers don't look meanly at her it may be bc of the hatchling.

The chick that hatched here is safe with Rambita we are calling her Bolita pronounced bo-lee-tah

Roughly translated "little fluff ball"

She is now a protective mama, I had to pick up Bolita and she got mad, opening up those wings, etc. Lol
