Rain just got to us here! And the roof didn't make it on to the coop before the rain hit. At this rate the chicks will just live in their pen forever and ever. Sigh. I put a piece of roofing material over their pen to keep them dry, but I wonder what they think of the storm?

I had no rain until 11 am today, I was in town earlier and it was hailing and I raced home and got here 10 minutes before the pour down I hear it's snowing in show low!

We got a bit of rain - not much but enough to wet stuff down again. It is still way cool and I love the doors open! In fact I put on a shawl to sit on the porch to have my coffee. Dont' like the wet but I love the cool weather.

Yeppers we are doing a bit of molting here....... My poor Wellsummer is about 2 years old and this is her second molt. 1st molt was nothing so she's making up for it here! I feel so bad for her.

Cheetah has prolapse! any ideas? I'm gonna research it more I think that's what Mohawkie died of but I caught cheetahs.

It's not out a lot and we tried pushing in after a warm bath some poo came out so that's good but I couldn't get it in and night came I isolated her outside and will try again tomorrow... I think if I remember right I read it's done a little at a time..... ugh!
