Good thinking prepping for the baby, you're on top of things kiddo. How are you feeling?

I make those souffle' things quite a bit, love them! I use a recipe from skinnytaste for the egg mixture but I put lots of different stuff in them. They freeze well too!

This afternoon we had some small hail and a storm that stalled right over us. Lots of thunder and lightning. I love it.

I watched the news on tv earlier and it looked like you got hit with hail over your way. I hope your chickens were safe from it.

Thanks, I checked on them when I locked up and they're ok. They have good options for cover and it wasn't big hail. It kept raining steadily until they went to roost though so I hope they ate before it hit.

I'm feeling pretty good considering we are only a week and a half away from the due date! Thanks for asking I am swollen, slow-moving, a little tired, and very anxious to meet our little girl. I can't wait to update you all when she arrives! She's due Nov. 5th but I just keep thinking she might be an October baby.

Can't be the 3 from me. Miss Foofy lays blue as you know, and the other 2 younger one's should lay light green.

Ya so I have no idea who is laying that tiny egg. My girls are just starting to lay eggs again after their strike so maybe one of my lace girls

I'm glad that you are happy with her. Laying an egg after dinner just makes it a bit fresher for breakfast for you in the morning, doesn't it?
