Arizona Chickens

Bob's Henhouse :

Nuclear Chickens, I've got as many fertilized eggs as you want. But they are going to be mixed breeds, more than likely. If you want BIG white eggs, I believe they are from Silver White Leghorns, but they may be fertilized by a different breed. They are good layers though, at least when purebred.

I'm interested. Would you have some between the 7th and the 11th of December? Big white egg layers would be a nice addition.

Nuclear Chickens, I've got them all the time. If I know when you want to pick them up, I can save you the ones you want. I'm hoping to get some pens/nests/coops built soon so I can segregate the individual breeds to be able to hatch or have available specific breed eggs.

I put almost 30 of the big white eggs in the incubator last week just for the heck of it.

Sounds great! Put me down for a dozen of the big white ones for the 8th or 9th of December. PM me with how much you want for the eggs. I can pick them up. Believe it or not your place is closer than my work.

They are all doing extremely well. I could not resist and took a couple of pictures:
They live in a large trough and are having a blast.

pastrymama, sorry to hear about your bird. Beagles are tough.

a2ms4chickens and lyongirl, I'm hoping to go to the poultry show this year. Last year we went on Sunday and got there around 10am and most everyone was gone.

Hi all,

Got a question for you. I called around looking for a vet to have for any problems I would run across with chickens or goats and was unable to find one. I do not want to take on Goats if i cant get them help if needed and right now I have run across a type of pox virus in 2 of my chickens. I looked it up on the net to see what it was and it looked like the pox. I know they will get over it okay but I have 20 chicks that will be in that area in about 3 weeks and need to vaccinate them, I think, for this or they will get it too. So does any one know where I can go to get help for the chickens and a vet for other farm animals? I live in queen Creek.
