Dr Burke at Cornerstone Animal Hospital (or is it Clinic?) FANTASTIC vet. Has chickens of his own. Will see just about any animal (he sees my chickens and rabbit as needed), but I would call to verify about the goats, just in case.
Clean and disinfect the area and you shouldn't have a problem with the chicks getting the pox, unless you are still having mosquito or other biting bug problems. You do not need a vet to vaccinate; can do that yourself.
Thanks for the response. I just now found it. I did find someone but am glad to know of your Dr. Burke. We do have mosquito's. heard we could control that with a mosquito light. What would you use to disinfect, I don't want to use some thing that will hurt the chickens. I am little green still on how to handle them.
