Yikes! No, I'm in Dewey. About 8 miles from the fire in Prescott National forest. It was freaky watching the smoke.

There's no Safeway store in Maricopa only a Fry's, a Basha's, and Walmart.

My nearest grocery is about 25 miles each way. They don't have blue bunny or any other ice cream that comes in plastic cartons at the local dollar stores. I've started using "order online, pick up in store" for walmart and TSC. That way when I go to pick up groceries, feed, bedding, etc, I don't find that they really don't have the item after all!

I understand about calling ahead like that before you have to make a trip like that for nothing. There's one of those dollar stores next to me, where according to the weekly ad's that they send out nothing is just a dollar. I have never been in that store.
