i lost a 2 month chick today

it was dying and when i pick it up

We are getting chickens in a few days and I have been doing as much research as possible prior to getting our new chicken family. This is a great site and has certainly taught me a great deal. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to contribute. We are really excited about getting the chickens. My husband built a coop which he designed himself, and we have a 10x10 covered dog run for them. There are a lot of hawks and cats around here so we need to protect them.
