Arizona Chickens

sounds wonderful, text me when you get up. I will meet up with you to get the snails if you have any left.the things we do for our flock. We also have a quail egg cast iron skillet for you and your family.
Awesome! I'll text you.

That is amazing! What a difference from their native breed. Is it just me or do those chickens look like Bielfelders?

I hope after the chickens are distributed and the villagers start raising them that they can continue to vaccinate against Newcastles and other diseases so they can keep their income from the birds high.

Here they are now Dephane. They do their own thing and don't let me get near them. Very flighty. Very pretty too.

* I would still run a hot-wire around the coop just in case. I've seen it all out here by Lake Pleasant. I have a apron around the bottom of my pens and it didn't stop anything from trying to dig under. So we ran a hot-wire. We're redoing the back area as a pasture space for my Favorell and her buddies I'm getting soon. We're also going to hot-wire the outside fencing that runs around our acre of land. The neighbor dogs & coyotes keep jumping our fence and trying to get my roo & hens. My dogs are Best Buddies with them all. :-l *

So after a recent move, we are restarting our chicken experience. Here is the progression of the coop build so far. I got a lot done today and it should be ready for our birds very soon. Still need paint, wire mesh and another set of nesting boxes. I will post a few more pictures when I get some more progress.
