Yeah, that's what I've been doing, but I peer through the fogged up windows about every 10 minutes. I have been pulling out the empty shells though.
I don't open my incubator at all during lockdown. You run the risk of a membrane shrink wrapping on a chick while pipping, even a minute hole in a shell can allow the air in to dry it up. Unless you have your incubator in an already humid room, then there wouldn't be a danger of shrink wrap. I'd been getting 100% hatch rates with leaving the incubator alone, also I leave them all in there until the last chick is dry.
