Sexlinks are called sexlinks because they are hybrid crosses between two breeds with sex-linked color genetics, so the chicks can be sexed by feather color at hatch. The parent crosses vary. The chick color will vary depending on the parental cross used. Presumably your sexlinks are all females, because the males would have a very different feather pattern. I can't give you more information because I have no experience with sexlink chicks.
In my Javas the males usually develop their wattles before the females, but not always. There are slow-developing males and fast-developing females. I have accidentally culled a few excellent females because they were so large and assertive I thought they were cockerels. When I processed them I realized that they had oviduct and no testicles. Oops. At least they were tasty.
