That's a lot of money!:th

Yes, and you can have this young boy that's still left for free. You can read about the Breese here, but here in the USA we have to call them American Breese, even though the ones that @cactusrota and I have originated in France. I got my start of them from her. http://bressefarm.com/

I'm really liking these White NN's I got from you. I tried to get a pic of the roo yesterday evening too, but realized that his wattles were discolored on the bottom from him drinking out of a mud puddle from the misters. They have pans of water out there, and still have to drink from a mud puddle? :gig

Mine do the same thing, they prefer mud tea over fresh water :p
I am really hoping we get some rain tomorrow, or this weekend. We keep getting some darker clouds over the mountains in the late afternoon, they look so promising. Even if it doesn't rain, the drop in temps this weekend will be nice!

Yes, I have noticed they like that mud tea. I guess that since they are standing in it anyway's, why bother walking over to the clean fresh one? :gig Yes, we do need the rain, but I will settle for it just being a bit cooler for a change. Hubby said he want's to do an oil change on the pick-up if it's going to cool down a bit.

Maybe 90s this weekend BUT we still have to live through today! I think I saw 109 in Phoenix - so more of the same today. Yesterday we had 114 here. Thank goodness I have good shade. Those babies were not happy with the heat. Dang it anyways.

Temps are the same as yours here. I felt sorry for one of my neighbors who's water decided to start leaking by their house. She was out there yesterday afternoon with people who were trying to fix it for her.

The puddles are more to their nature, I assume the dirt in a way filters more, keeps the water cooler and can taste better than plastic water containers. I know mine love the drip containers, it helps the drip bc they have the choice to drink from the spout while cooling in the puddle :)

I can see signs of monsoon its supposed to rain Friday and Saturday giving us a week off from 110 temps

I'm going yo have to put each one of the 19 eggers in their coop Friday night as the weather says to expect midnight showers and they sleep on the roof right now:rolleyes:

Hubby was going over to visit a friend in A.J. this afternoon, so he asked if I had an extra dozen eggs that he could take over there. I let him take a dozen of the blue pullet eggs. I know that they won't try to hatch them, and they are still a bit on the small size to try to hatch them yet. If these were bigger they would be a mix and there would be some NN/CCLB's out of it.
