Arizona Chickens

Ok, along with those boys that I will let go for free, I also have 3 one month old mixed pullets available @ $2.00 each, or take all 3 for $5.00. These 3 pullets should be layers of the mint green eggs when they are old enough. Their mother is my Splash Australorp hen (light tan eggs), and the daddy was the Crested Cream Legbar (from blue eggs). These 3 girls do not have a crest. They sort of have the body shape of the Legbar, but the coloring is more like a Blue Australorp with lacing right now). The eye color look's to be a greenish color.

PS... Yes, I know the price for these 1 month girls is a steal. Get them while you can if you want them. No need for a brooder, just a grow out pen outdoors in your coop.
How big will they get? Will they get along with silkies?

Good!! I don’t want another roo!!! And thanks. We worked really hard for that green grass!! We are flood irrigation on 4 acres and had to re level a lot of it and lost most of the grass. Planted new but it has been a long process:)

I know what you mean about not wanting more roo's. I had 14 of them here, but now 7 of them have been dealt with and 5 more to go, because I only want to have 2 roo's here. I hope that I still have more room in my freezer!

BlueBaby I would like one of your mixed girls. I can come by Friday for her. I’m selling a roo and the pullet will not have a friend so this will be perfect. She will be loved and pampered and live in the house for now.

This was my first hatch of this mix. As I stated the mother is my Splash Australorp hen, and the dad was a Crested Cream Legbar. They have the body shape of the Legbar, but the 3 that I am looking to let go do not have the crest. The Crested Cream Legbar hens are the smallest one's that I have here. They were hatched on May 17th, and should start laying mint green eggs when they start. I had their brother too, but I culled him already.
