Arizona Chickens

I'm wondering what Easter is going to be like this year for people with the stay at home thing going on and no gathering's of more than 10 people. I've heard that egg shelves have been cleaned out in some places. I'm ok over here on my egg's, and gave 4 dozen of my refrigerated from my flock to friend's the beginning of last month. I currently have 6 dozen sitting in my fridge, and 16 more in my incubator.

Evening everyone, when I went this morning to collect the chicken eggs I noticed my rooster’s comb has started to blacken at the tips, I doubt it’s frostbite considering the heat and he doesn’t seem to be lethargic or unhealthy. Any ideas?

Check out this link to see if something there matches what you could be dealing with. It could have something to do with his liver?

I’m assuming he has fatty liver because most of the description fits, I’ll try to make sure they all get some more physical activity and make some changes to their diet :) hopefully he makes a full recovery

Yes and I just thought of it now that he doesn’t need the same nutrients and additives as the laying hens :this there a certain feed you recommend?

All flock because everyone can eat that. Have some oyster shell for the hen's calcium on the side, they will eat what they need.
