Put her in a dog crate with no bedding until she stops the broody clucks. A day or two usually.

How do I transport her from the nesting box to the crate? Whenever we go near she starts “hissing” and I want to avoid any injuries

Wear a pair of gloves and carry her. Pick her up so you can prevent her feathers flapping and tuck her next to your body and support her. She might peck you but you'll live.

You can leave her in there. Just be sure she has food and water.

This girl is a stunner! The roo has a long, thick neck and his saddle feathers are coming in yellow. He has some nice lacing or penciling or whatever but he's not letting me get very close at the moment. @BlueBaby
