A 5th chick has now hatched out. Of the 5, there are only 3 with the NN's. The other 2 have fully feathered neck's. I want to keep the one's that have the NN's for now for my NN flock, and will sell the fully feathered necked one's for cheap ($1.00 each), if someone want's them. When I start hatching from the Aloha's it will be a different story.

One of my neighbor's told me that a lady that work's at the little market store close by mentioned she looking for some layer's.

Well I broke down the AC is on! We were working outside, and inside temp was 83. Chickens were not happy and neither was mama. I'm glad we finished washing out the units this morning.

It's very warm up in Chino Valley area too. I just moved all the Polish into a chicken tractor and I put 10 year old Floppy (Black Star) into her little coop outside (we moved the old one from Mesa) and she ended up free ranging by the chicken tractor because I didn't notice there was a missing door panel!

Well I just picked her right up and she's in with the Polish now - I can see them all from my office window and they are getting along just fine not separated (like they have been in the greenhouse). This is great!
