Shrink wrapped chick. Not sure how that happened with humidity above 70. I peeled off some pieces of egg that were not attached to the membrane.

One leg is out and kicking.I figured it might be that when I seen your picture of it.
I would. I did for a duck hatchling that did not make it.OK, the one with the cracked and waxed shell has dry membrane showing from the little hole, and there is no movement or pipping. I suspect it's probably dead. Should I try to unzip that one, too? This one wasn't too hard, the shell and membrane were detached.
Sorry, you did your best and it almost made it.Update: The one with the cracked and waxed shell was also shrink wrapped, and dead. It was a dark chick with a yellow spot. RIP, little chick.
