Arizona Chickens

Just in case you were wondering about my Welsh Harlequin duckling hatch... 2 died in the shell (one would have been a boy and one a girl), and 2 boy's that weren't strong enough to thrive so they died. I ended up with 3 active boy's, and 1 active girl. They have been eating some of the 22% chick feed that I had on hand, and are drinking the water good. The boy's think that my ring's on my finger's might be edible and keep trying to get them.
I've heard that ducklings are much harder to hatch than chicks (in an incubator vs broody duck), so that's pretty good!

My understanding is,,,,, the ratio is supposed to be in reverse. :old :idunno,,, You are not going to resort to the solution I posted here quite some time ago????:hit Of course not.:celebrate you will get more duck eggs to hatch:jumpy :thumbsup
Well, you know how that goes... keep the best boy for the girl, and then either rehome the other 2 boy's or invite them to the roasting pan for dinner.
