Disclaimer: This is NOTHING like losing chicks, having hens stolen, slicing open the sensitive place between my toes (blwahhaaaahh), spending 2 days at the ER trying to get a broken knee fixed (double blwahhaaaahh), or any other real problems I missed here while trying to catch up. My sincere condolences to you all
My little problem (I'm whinging):
One of my very productive redworm colonies is toast, or more correctly, baked, or braised, or steamed.
WAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! I moved them off of the porch for the mother visit so she could relax on the porch. I put them on the east side of the house, where I thought they were ok. They were ok on Saturday and Sunday! Last night I dumped out the entire bin and neither I nor the NHR found a vigorous worm. As Mclevinson would say (and I am incorporating into my phrase vocabulary), "SHUCKS AND WHAZOO!!!"
