LOL, if you go back to the link, and then to Market on the Move on the website, you can find out where they will have produce for sale in the valley. It's up to 60 pounds of produce for $10.

this is me searching...
I had a really busy day today. This morning, I got up early and headed out to 'Market on the Move', and came home with a ton of veggies. I spent about three hours snapping green beans, chopping, and stewing tomatoes, and then I cleaned the chicken coop.
I started going to Market on the Move recently, and would highly recommend it to any Phoenix or Tucson area peeps. The group that runs it gets produce from distributors that are about to chuck it out because it needs to be eaten now, and not in a week or so, pick over it and remove all of the spoiled food, and on Saturdays (and the occasional Friday and Sunday) set up in a parking lot where its sold for really cheap. And by really cheap, I mean that ten bucks gets you sixty pounds of veggies, and for a hundred bucks you can buy a membership that lets you get veggies for a whole year. The only downside is that its total luck of the draw as far as what you get, but its all in season and good quality. So, if you don't mind waiting in line, and you can use a whole bunch of veggies, or can split an order with a friend or neighbor, its worth checking out. The website is:

I went back to Ace Hardware yesterday just to look at all the chicks. They said they were completely out of EEs. I looked, and low and behold, there was one left! So I grabbed it and said, I would like this one please (someone else was eyeballing it). So, yet another chick is added to the mix. I told my husband about it, he just shook his head. But I got him an Anna apple tree for him from Home Depot for 20.00 so that made him happy enough to not care about yet another chick, LOL!
If you are posting me then YES, all the chicks are suppoised to be silkies and sizzles. I onle have one so far with out 5 toes. I have 5 more trying to hatch so far. Chicks popping all over!Do you have silkies in the bunch...vaulted skull/head![]()
