My DH went with a friend to the sale up in Lonoke yesterday just to see how things go when we get ready to carry our sheep. He was glad he didn't carry them yesterday they said the AR/AL game had everybody tied up and not much of a turn out. Came home with an eighteen month old open milk goat. Never been bred. Not sure what he had in mind there. I had to talk him into the two younger ones i got last spring. Now I took responsiblilty for them, knowing I was going to be the one responsible for the milking. I bet He's got no plans to milk this one either. I can't drink that much milk. She is very pretty, supposed to be pure Alpine, but I'm not sure she is pure. Maybe there is just a lot more variability in their appearance than I thought. Well, we're supposed to move sheep into the new pasture today, and process some coturnix, and I'm still trying to get everyone ready for the show in Pine Bluff. So I will see you all later.
