I am going to have to increase my nest boxes when my new babies start laying so I've been looking at the kuhll brand nest units. I'm really interested in the roll out nests as I do have a hen that lays really thin shell eggs and they get broken easy. Of course that invites egg eating. The roll out nest is suppose to eliminate that. Does anyone have any experience with the roll out nest? If so do you like them? Any input would be appreciated.

I 've never had rollout nest. But I have thought about it alot. My kitty is a Bengal cat.

on the roll outs, i have a set of 10 of them. i don't really use the roll out part as my girls like LOTS of nesting straw. So the eggs of course will not roll out with all the straw. would gladly trade these rollouts for a regular set of nest boxes if anyone nearby is interested. they are black plastic. can do pics if ya want to see em.
