Snow has begun in the River Valley! Batton down the hatches! Hope no one has too much ice with this one.

The snow started up here maybe 45 minutes ago. I'm hoping this is a non-event for all of us.

its snowing like crazy in Springdale and they are starting to close schools aroun here.

Nothing here yet...but we are going to be covered in another 45 minutes. Had to go out and do wind damage repair already this morning! Gave the kids their ff and filled the food buckets with plenty to last till tomorrow, refilled their water. Put yet another tarp on the front of the coop, just when i get everything repaired then we have another storm!!!

Last time I checked I lived in AR not KS!

Anywho's hoping for a quick passer by with this storm for everyone's sake! All stay safe and toasty

We have 28 eggs in the incubator and are hoping this storm doesn't cause the power to go out. My husband is outside in the snow right now re-wiring circuits and other electrical things I know nothing about so that we can run the whole house off of our little generator. These storms sure stress me out!

Ozark schools shut down at 11:30. Snow is sticking and melting at the same time right now. I am not worried about today, but tonight,

Our birds were smart enough to put themselves in the coop when the snow started. Had the kids close them in when they got home from school. They should be toasty and dry but the run, well that's another story.

I took this about 10:30 this morning. Right now, practically all the snow is gone. But I agree, tonight is the worry.

Okay Ridgerunner, you can keep the snow! LOL We just got a small, light rain. But it freezing out there. I am ready for spring.
