I just went to Tractor Supply in Bentonville and they are trying really hard to get rid of their ducks. They said if somebody wants to buy a lot they will sell them for a dollar apiece. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me if you have the means to do it.

Do you remember what kind they had?
 
Most of them had yellow down. I don't know if that helps at all?

I got to turn off all the ads on the right. Its almost like having the old BYC back.
 
Woot! Guess who got hatching eggs! I got several different types or chickens and ducks. I have about 8 dozen eggs. Here is what I could have:

Chickens Large Fowl and Bantams:
Buff Orpingtons
Cochins
Americaunas
Mixed Breeds



Ducks:
Welsh Harlequins
Mallards
Runners
Cresteds

Incubator is ready for the eggs. It has been running for about 3 days now. Just need to mark them and put them in.
