Arkansas folks speak up.........

I'm looking for someone in northeast Arkansas with fizzle silkie eggs looking for small size if anyone knows where I can find them not a fan of shipping eggs don't see any sense in paying all the shipping only to have half hatch :-/

I like goats but no room for them =) I think I will try the pigeons, I saw someone selling them in beebe =)

Very nice I have a acre enough for my ducks and chickens lol well when they get big enough to go out they are only 2 n half weeks old right now and 67 eggs in the incubator some are being sold some I'm keeping I use my rabbits and chickens for meat ducks are just because I like them hope I can find some fizzle eggs soon this hatch only has 11 days left :-) and really want to incubate them this go around I plan on breeding and selling lots of silkies and fizzles

I wish you lived closer! Then I could bride you into doing a hatch for me and maybe buy some rabbits off you if you had purebred.

Anyone near NLR, Sherwood, Cabot area have purebred rabbits for sale? I am looking for med-large breed. I am getting NZ for sure but also interested in other more unique and attractive breeds like the chinchilla or silver fox etc. If you have any rabbits or are expecting a litter soon please PM me.

Also anyone in my area that has quails or would like to have them come April PM me.

I'm looking for rabbits late this month or early march!

When I bought my breeding pair they said they are pure but I honestly didn't care lol and incubating is super easy I paid 40 for my incubator from a supply store then mounted a PC fan connected to old cell phone charger to make it a forced air I hand turn 3 times a day once in morn again around 4-5 then about 10 my first hatch ever which was last month I got 43 of 45 to hatch :-) you should try incubating its fun rewarding and a lot cheaper than buying chicks

@rayray, honestly I have so much other stuff to do that I don't want to be responsible for remembering to turn the eggs three to four time a day and check tempatures and humidity nor do I want to spend over $100 for a decent incubator. I'd rather spend more on chicks and still be saving money =) plus I like nature. There is nothing natural about incubating eggs whereas letting a broody hen do it is way more natural. Even in the wild animals with strong mothering instincts have taken other species or breeds under their care.

True natural is better but for myself I'm enjoying raising my own chicks then letting them become broody hens and going natural route and to be honest I view incubation as a helping hand to nature lmfao I'm naturally giving my birds a jump start to the number I want :-p

Well that sucks. I will be back to the beebe market next month and I will see what is for sale then. Then again the next month LOL
