Arkansas folks speak up.........

Just had to share....

I just witnessed my 9mo Fayoumis pullet attack and eat a small snake. :-o I didn't realize they could do that.

Another person with Fayoumis!!!! Awesome!!! I've got 6 pullets and 3 cockerels. Using 2 cockerels as studs for a breeding project of mutt birds with better predator sense and still great egg production.

I got them on a whim, but my daughter loves their little eggs. I was considering rehoming them before today. They tend to bully our outside cat. They chase her until she climbs too high for them to reach.

I love that about them... 2014 when I got them I had several moccasins around and copper heads... both breeds had many babies.... we saw them several times... I was concerned for my chickens and other pets... the one day I saw them gathered on something then one had it running. .. it was fun to watch.. I don't see many anymore

It's awesome. . I almost bought a Billy to help with the snakes... no need...

I had no idea they would eat craw deads.. I saw my turkeys playing keep away with them a couple times till it came apart and they all started messing with their own peice..

Anyone in NWA need a black sex link rooster? About 2 years old?

I thought my rooster was a Bard rock but after reading and looking at him.. he has some red to him.. I'm thinking he is a Sexlink now

He is a good rooster.. smart.. gental... aggressive with strangers. .. he has fathered 5 babies... all around great rooster..

If yours is like him, you shouldn't have a problem. .. as long as someone isn't trying to go for pure breads

There are some that doesn't so much of the white in them if you don't look too close you can't tell the difference.

There are those out there that will sell them as Barred Rocks to inexperienced people. In my book not do cool thing to do.

I created a Black Sex Link Naked Neck. Used him for one hatch, then sold him too close kin too most of my hens so I am moving on.

Trying to locate a pair to trade out with a pair of mine to spread he genes around.
