 have yours began laying yet?

My hen got eggbound and day died so I only have a khaki Campbell hen and a drake.

Hate to hear that Ozark :-( my hens laying like clock work 4 eggs well 5 considering the one I ate checking for fertility I know ya arnt supposed to incubate eggs till they've been laying for a lil while but I'm going to try them wed will make the oldest egg 7 days so I'll set them wed and be doing staggered hatches if any of them hatch still waiting for my muscovey to start laying nothing yet looks like she's started building a nest so hope any day

So had to put a wooden barrier up between pen the muscoveys were hiding out and after watching for a bit my male welsh Harlequin was harrasing them through the fence!!! No they can see each other and the muscoveys are back to normal for them to be so mean when I first got them they sure are scared now that Welshy is breeding :-/
