Thanks for the info. The skeeters here will snatch you of your horse! By the way how did your hatch go? We had 15 of 20

had 6 under the broody and 6 in a borrowed incubator (Her first broody, not sure how she would do)
had 4 hatch under the broody, had issues with the incubator and had 0...

That's awesome! Sorry about the incubator trouble. All of ours were in an LG with a diy fan from a plug in cooler. We also have a broody buff orphington on 18 eggs on our front porch that should hatch around April 3rd.
