Everyone must be real busy for the holidays! I'm about to take a road trip and pick up some little Silkie chicks for my son for Christmas. That was on the top of his list this year. Luckily, I have a little coop just right for a couple of Silkies.

I wish I could have more chickens. I really want some chicks. I finally moved all four birds into the same coop yesterday. They were NOT happy but it looks like they have already sorted things out. No squabbling this morning. Im proud of them. We'er gonna have a tight holiday this year. I wish we could go and see family. My dh lost his job last week. So this chirstmas its me, him, and the chickens. Mabey we will all share some fruitcake.

Hi! I am fairly new to BYC, and I just discovered this thread. Thought i would say hi. I live in NW arkansas, I have a mixed bag of chickens, many breeds,but no plan. I am ending my first year as a chicken owner, and I love it.
