Sometimes I hate Arkansas weather!!!

But at least none of it was sticking to anything much.

I got a buddy looking for some SL Wyandotte hatching eggs... Anybody got any in the Central AR area?

I am hatching out some mutt eggs right now, got 4 out, and 1 more just piped, and 3 others in the incubator.

Too bad it didn't snow enough for me to get out of work today.

Its so neat to hear about people's chicks hatching! I would love to hatch a few someday myself.

Does anyone else have chickens that are afriad of snow? Last week when we were all snowed in, not one of my four birds would come out of thier coop for nothing. Not even for warm leftovers! I still got eggs though, which was great. Lisa, Gladys has brought me so much joy! And now my little 23 week EE pullet's comb is rosey pink! Its is a heckofva redder than it was a week ago.

Good luck on everyone's hatchings!

My big ones weren't afraid, but the little banty hens didn't like it too much. Except that one of them wanted to eat it.
