around 24+ weeks and no eggs! whats up?

The thing is when my hens get like this My mom buys store eggs. I really don't like store eggs. My hens are being real stubborn right now, so that means only one thing....store eggs. The only thing I can say is keep an eye on the girls. and wait it out. It'll be sooooo worth the wait once they start laying. Something that prevented my hens from laying is stress. When they get attacked or when I make new introductions into the flock, they usually stop for awhile. My hens got stressed over constant night attacks-stopped laying, then hawk attacks - still won't lay, finally new hens into the flock- still won't lay. So it could be stress, but I don't know. Were the others affected by the dog attack?

no, they were ranging and he, along with a few others got out of the yard, funny thing is the owner of the dog came over and was really upset about it we thought he was dead but lo and behold he wasn't

I've had one of my roos mauled by my neighbor's dog. He didn't live through it and my neighbor helped alot with getting the feathers up and everything.

I took some new head pictures today and their combs are a little bigger but these pictures are a lot closer than the others for detail, I will post them when I can. I think they arn't laying due to lack of light.
