He is From Paper Mario The Origami King
(He is the Origami King)
He is origami and was traumatised by his creator toad who wrote on his origami stomach. He thinks all toads should be turned into blank paper to be refolded into origami as punishment.
In the end he learns his trauma wasn’t actually trauma. That game has a really complicated story I totes recommend it.

I’ve actually draw a whole set of OC ritos and have a big folder of them. My whole artist persona for awhile was a Rito named PigmyOwl. Too bad the theme isn’t bird people lol!
