Tink is the horse I have now and the red roan had to be put down but I still wanted to show her off (the watermarked photo is from a horse-show photographer, I don’t own the image, I just like how she looks in it)

Tink has dapples which confuses me bc I didn’t know palominos could have dapples??

I don't think I have ever heard of horse color genetics being more accurately described!

There is a book where they did this massively in-depth study on color, down to like hair thickness and density and hide depth of different colors and shaft transluscentness (sp?). It's wild. I'll try to find it.

She looks exactly like her grandpa (mr boomerjac) on her mom side, except she’s not as light of a palomino.
