Now, we did it last year, and it was only done during canning season I do believe. It was done in July, August, September, and maybe October. I did only one month then too. I thought it would be fun to continue it eat harvest season.

I may not be up to running it again. I am a woman with too much on her plate, and I'm so busy I am barely sleeping to get everything done.

But it was worth doing this with you guys for sure! Its been awesome!

Lovin'MyPeeps, I will PM her to see if she can state she got it or not, and I will let you know!

I'm glad you like it. We only eat homemade saurkraut. Thanks for posting your salsa recipe. I'm freezing corn tonigt, tomorrow making pepper jelly, then salse and whole tomatoes this weekend! I love this time of year!!!!

I got my swap from Lovinmypeeps today with the rest of my mail from when I was away on vaca. I'm eating the sweet pickled veggies out of the jar right now. Blueberry jam is going in storage for those long winter days but what in the heck do I do with pickled fennel?

I'm so anxious to try it but I want to make sure I eat it right. I love licorice and doesn't fennel have that flavor. Maybe I'll pop that open to and have a little right now.

no but I split an order from John Blehm with someone here and she ordered lav bantams and she got mostly roos. I'll check with her.
