I received my chokecherry jam on Saturday and Just finished off a very nice piece of English Muffin Toast with it! MMMM-I will definitely try it next year! Sparkles should be receiving her jar today! Terri O

We still have 9 people who haven't confirmed delivery of their jars.

But as 8/28 was the final ship day (and I'm sure waiting a few extra days isn't a big deal) then that's still pretty good for a quick last minute swap!

Just keep coming back to confirm your shipment or receiving of the cans! You have all made this so easy AND FUN!

Walnut Hollow! Thanks so much for the Saurkraut! My hubby loves that stuff and was just complaining a couple of weeks ago that I never buy any! Couldn't have came at a better time. I guess technically I got the package on Friday or Saturday but our carrier put the box in a truck that we don't use and only found it on Sunday...

1/4 c Lemon Juice

Peel and puree the tomatoes and every thing else together. Simmer for 25 minutes. Taste. Depending on how much heat you want add a few drops of Habenero Hot Sauce ( I added it to the batch that I sent to Walnut Hollow) Add to jars and process for 40 minutes in Hot Water Bath.

I use more tomatoes than the package says to...probably about 30 large tomatoes at a time. It usually makes more than a canner full if I do pints.

I got my package from AngieChick today. Some yummy looking Glazed Carrots (my kid's favorite) and some Dilly Beans, both of which look delicious!

I can't wait to taste them!

I am trying to decide if I hide them and eat them both myself or share with DH and the kiddo's......there are too many of THEM! lol
