vfem, I received mine yesterday! Never tried either before..what is frog jam good on? And what do you use the watermelon juice concentrate for?
I will get yours out by Monday..been busy with Husband in and out of hospital all week! I was also waiting for the boil order to be lifted! Which has been!

Glad everything made it at a time you can enjoy it. Frog jam is Fig, Raspberry, Orange and Ginger... its great on everything from toast to pancakes. Even a simple scone and coffee in the morning is lovely.

The watermelon juice concentrate is presweetened, so you just mix 2 oz (or 1/4 of the jar) with 8 oz of another drink to give watermelon flavor (including adult mixed drinks). I make little mocktails for the kids with it, I just mix it with cups of sprite and add a marichino cherry at the kids' parties. They loved it!!!

I have to apoligize. I'm not good with the whole computer thing. I just found this thread again. lol I just wanted you to know that my hubby and I both love your salsa. I has a different taste...kinda reminds us of chili. We would definitely like the recipe. I wasn't going to do salsa this year but yours changed my mind. Thank you so much....Hope you liked your jar also.

I have to tell you, I haven't tried the apricot apple butter yet, but I broke into the apricot/pepper jam as soon as I got the package open. Yummy! Told DH when he got home that there was a treat in the refrigerator and he wanted to know why I tried it without him. 'Cause it's MY SWAP, dern it!

Thanks for the postcards, too. The youngest kiddo took off with them and was showing them off as 'my pictures.'

The pepper jam was new for me. But what else do you make when someone gives you a huge bag of apricots and your pepper plants go crazy? As a matter of fact I haven't canned anything in a couple decades. This swap was my excuse to start again.
