I got some jelly from JAPJRGIRL21 and they weren't out of the mail lady's van 10 minutes before I had popped a top and smothered a piece of toast with some candy apple jelly. Oh my gosh, was it so good! I haven't got to try the apple, I'm guessing butter?? But I really need that candy apple jelly recipe!! Perfect for Christmas gifts!! Thanks Leah -- Yours went out today.

I just ordered 2 boxes of Winesap apples from the mountains that will be here later this week!!! OH the yummy appleness that will be happening in my kitchen soon. Gotta knock out all these peaches first.

So glad you liked it!! The other apple is caramel apple jam. I love it. It reminds me of a childhood memory. It was a special occasion when we were allowed McDonalds, but it was even more special when we got one of their apple pies. Eating this jam so reminds me of the apple pie filling of the McDonalds apple pies. I have had many people buy it and tell me later, when they are buying another jar, that they enjoy it on ice cream. If you can bear with me a few hours or maybe even a day, I will send the recipes for both of them to you and anyone else asking. Again, I am so happy you enjoyed it!!
