I got my jars today. Thanks celtic! I see that one is beets but what is the other?

The other is salmon my hubby caught on a fishing trip on the columbia river with friends of his. He brought home 3 nice size ones so we canned some. Hope you enjoy and like salmon.

I've had canned fresh tuna from the atlantic before but never salmon. Sounds like next time I go see family there I should grab some and get cookin!
