so far there are 8 babies running around the brooder one more drying off in the bator and one last one still working on getting out. 10? out of 12 is not a bad hatch for shipped eggs. I did have one pip fine but died in zip wth?? and one egg that went into lockdown that was just dead.....

Sometimes you just don't know. I had one that looked good on day 14 dead in shell at lockdown. Sometimes they are malpositioned, don't absorb all their yolk or just aren't healthy enough to make it. It's sad, and I'm having to toughen up my soft heart.

My final numbers on the shipped bielefelder eggs are 10 live babies 3 boys 7 girls the youngest one is still having some trouble staying upright it seems that one leg is stronger than the other? She keeps ending up on her side I don't have a pic of her but here is 2 girls and 2 boys!
