congratulations on new baby keetAnd he’s out! Big and vigorous baby!!! We are debating Lavender va Pearl - will see in the morning! It’s nice to be able to just leave it in the incubator to fluff up instead of rushing it out like we did with our last hatch, though DD misses cuddling the just hatched keets... Yeah!!! Can’t wait to introduce it to lonely keet in the AM!!!That introductions go well!!!
Thanks! Keet is now in the brooder with the two week keet, separates from the much older keets. The two week keet hasn’t accepted the baby but isn’t attacking so hopefully if will accept it soon. The teenage keets are very interested in the baby and getting as close to it as they can. Question: Any thoughts on how I can keep these younger and older keets together, when the teenagers have outgrown the brooder and need to move outside this weekend? Right now, the teens view these youngsters as flock. If I separate them and reintroduce in a month, then they may not be accepted...congratulations on new baby keet

Sorry to hear that some of the chicks are struggling!!!update, assisting 4, was weakening , she's since perked up and is now just waiting for blood vessels to recede, 5 had absorbed everything but died without even internally pipping, fully formed no obvious reason as was in normal position for hatching, was not dried out or anything
