August Hatch-A-Long!

I seriously need advice!!!!! My egg piped in the middle and is alive and well BUT now it is unzipping the end wrong! It is in the middle and headed for the air cell so it is going the long way around the egg!!!! I am leaving for a family dinner shortly and will be gone for a few hours. What do I do when I get back if it is still struggling?

There is a good chance it will be out by the time you get home.....................Check in when you get home, if there is a problem
You will be able to describe better what is going on.................Honestly, I think it will be fine...........

There was one on here just a few days ago ,
same symptoms..........hatched OK

More bad news to add to my stressful day. Went out to check on hens and their eggs... Still only one hatch and upon inspection of the little guy it appears to also be a spraddle. Poor thing.

After what seems like years my Muscovy duck eggs have hatched under my 2 broody Muscovy ducks out of 14 eggs I got 10 ducklings and there so cute they started hatching Thursday midday and finished threw last night.
Were these your eggs or shipped? I have 1 female muscovy and she has laid twice, most of her eggs were fertile but didn't make it to hatch. She just started laying again on Sunday and I decided I would try my best to get her some babies this time. I'm hoping to get at least 9 in the incubator next week. Did you have any problems with your girls incubating when they began laying?

Yay, Day 20 and 21Hrs. Just got back from shopping and one egg has pipped. Humidity was at 64%. I opened up the air intake a little more and am bumping up humidity. What should I aim for? 70%? The dirty looking spot on the right side of the egg is the pip. Hard to zoom through plexiglass.

You were right :). There's a baby I'm the incubator lol. I went into a panic bevore leaving as I've lost so many babies this year! Thank you so much for calming me down

They are a medium brown color. I candled them this afternoon and saw air sacs, some veins and about half the eggs were dark inside.
