August Hatch-A-Long!

The only way I can get eggs is to have them shipped again though. It makes me nervous.
That is the type of bator I have.
So when my bator says day 1, it has been a full 24 hours. So do I put them in lockdown when it says 18 or 19?

18...I don't know where you got the last eggs but I do have experience with some of the ebay sellers not being honest about the freshness or health of their flock....there are a few that must have unhealthy flocks because either the eggs never hatch or the chicks are weak if they do!
it's not as hot now so maybe it's a better time! but beware it is still 50% or less....if you can find a breeder that's closer and the eggs don't have to travel too far maybe! I know of some breeders on ebay that I'm thrilled with if you want they're handles I'll look them up...the last polish I hatched 5 out 6 eggs!! that's unheard of for shipped eggs...

don't panic...it's probably not ready to hatch yet...pipping isn't ready to hatch it's ready to breath....if you hear chirping then its breathing...I'm thinking the air cell is on the small end then...not somewhere in the middle??? anyway I'm really thinking it'll hatch just fine!! let me know if your my cuz steph!! what a small world!!

I just moved here last year so I don't know everybody yet

Their fresh local. Still nothing I just want one that's it I would be happy with more but I would just like one for the kids ugg its taking everything I have not to open the lid

but I keep telling myself no!!!!

sorry it's hard to see through the lid. When I candled all the air cells were in the right spot. I should have marked them...
